April 23-25, 2013
The University of Ottawa Medicine Class of 2017 is raising funds for the Brain Injury Association of Canada (BIAC). The Medicine Class of 2017 understands that “brain injury is more common than breast cancer, HIV / AIDS, spinal cord injury and multiple sclerosis combined. It also understands that it receives less than .25% (1/4 of 1%) of charitable funding than the conditions listed combined.
The University of Ottawa med students become the first student group from a university or college in Canada dedicating a fundraising program directed towards brain injury. For those living in Eastern Ontario please come out and support the students and BIAC.
On behalf of over the 1.5 million Canadians living with a disability associated to brain injury THANK YOU!
