New Year, Restoring You

A guided practice in partnership with LoveYourBrain

In partnership with the LoveYourBrain Foundation, we are thrilled to be able to offer a guided mindfulness practice, followed by a Q&A about how mindfulness can play a role in life after brain injury. The session will be guided by Libby Nicholaou. Libby (she/her) is the manager of the yoga program for LoveYourBrain and is based in Brooklyn, New York. She is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher and has several additional specialized trainings including yoga nidra, trauma informed yoga, restorative yoga, and meditation.
